Deposit and Reservation Policy
To ensure efficient, fair service delivery and to build confidence among both clients and clinics, Pure Clinic has established a "Deposit and Reservation" policy to serve as a standard guideline for reserving services.
What is a deposit?
A “deposit” is a payment made in advance to confirm the customer’s intention to receive the service. The deposit amount will be deducted from the payment when the service is actually used.
A deposit allows you to:

Secure an appointment with the doctor in advance

Lock in special promotions at the desired price

Ensure priority service and preparation by our specialized medical team

Reduce the risk of fully booked slots or unavailable schedules
Benefits received when making a deposit

Lock in promotional offers in advance
You will receive your chosen promotion offers for a specified period of time without having to worry about them running out before receiving the service.

The right to reserve and reschedule appointments through online channels
Customers can make an appointment reservation/change the appointment date via LINE or other channels specified by the clinic.
🔸 The clinic reserves the right not to accept reservations for customers who have not paid a deposit in advance, except for customers who have already purchased a course of treatment.
🔸 In the case that customers wish to receive services within 3 hours on the contact date, the deposit requirement can be waived (subject to clinic's discretion). Upon approval, the customers must come to receive services during the clinic's available time.

Once a customer has placed a deposit for any program, it can be changed to another service later.
If you change your mind, you can use the deposit amount for other services with the same or higher amount without having to make a new deposit.

The deposit will be deducted from the total amount upon actual service.
Deposit price and rights received

With a deposit of 500 baht, you can keep the promotioanl rights for 2 months, and can postpone the appointment 2 times.

With a full deposit, the promotional offers will not expire as long as the clinic is in operation. You can reschedule your appointment up to 3 times.
⚠️ If you do not use the service within the time period specified by the deposit level, your rights will be void and you will have to make a new deposit. However, the new promotion offers available to claim may differ from the original ones that you previously claimed.
Appointment rescheduling and force majeure

Customers may reschedule their appointments according to their eligible entitlements.

Rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

If a client has already used all their allowable reschedule opportunities but needs to postpone again due to force majeure such as sudden illness, accident, or other uncontrollable reasons:

The clinic reserves the right to consider each case individually.

Supporting evidence must be provided (if required).

Only one force majeure reschedule is allowed per deposit cycle.

Must be approved by the clinic manager.

Deposit refund conditions

The deposit is non-refundable in the event that the customer changes their mind and does not wish to receive the service anymore. However, the customer may use the deposit for other services/programs available at the clinic.

Special cases in which the full deposit can be refunded include:

The clinic is unable to provide services as scheduled (e.g., closed for renovations or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the service from being provided).

The clinic has determined that the client is not suitable for any of the services provided by the clinic (e.g., there is a medical contraindication that prevents an alternative program from being offered).

❗ Exceptions to the deposit refund:
If a client books a course and the clinician determines that the course is not suitable and suggests a safer alternative, but the client is not willing to undergo any of the services, the deposit is non-refundable as the clinic has already allocated resources and this is considered a change of mind.

Refunds (only for eligible cases) will be processed via bank account within 7 business days.

The deposit is tied to the name of the service recipient and can only be used by that person. It is non-transferrable.

The clinic reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.
