• Is there a membership fee?

Pure Member registration is free of charge. You can register for free through LINE Official.

• When will I receive points after spending?
  Points will be updated into the system every Sunday-Monday of each week. For example, if you pay for services on Wednesday, you will receive points on Sunday.
   

• How are accumulated points different from remaining points?

Accumulated points are the total points received in a year, which do not decrease even if points are redeemed.
Remaining points are the points remaining after redeeming privileges.

 

• How much service is required to upgrade to a membership level?

Membership level promotion is based on accumulated points over a period of 1 year, such as:
Silver: 20,000 points
Gold: 50,000 points
Diamond: 100,000 points

 

• If I don't have enough accumulated points, will I still receive the same level of privileges?

The system will calculate accumulated points for the past year. If accumulated points decrease, the membership level may be adjusted according to the conditions.

 

• How long does it take to redeem points for coupons?

Points redemption can be done instantly via LINE and coupons are available immediately. Please check the expiration date of each coupon.

 

• When do points expire?

Accumulated points are valid for 1 year from the date of earning and will expire at the end of the following year. For example, points earned in January 2024 will expire in January 2025.

 

• If I sign up later, will I be able to get points from the previous payment?
  In the case of retroactive membership application, the clinic reserves the right to post points retroactively as a special case for 1 bill and the period must not exceed 1 month from the date of membership application as points are valid for 1 year.
   

• Can I transfer points to a friend?

Accumulated points cannot be transferred to others. Rights can only be used by the member account holder.

 

• Can points be used in conjunction with other promotions?

You can use points in conjunction with other promotions, but they must comply with the terms and conditions of that promotion. Some promotions may not be able to use points as an additional discount.

 

• If I don't use LINE, can I still collect points?

You can apply for a Pure Card membership instead, which is suitable for those who are not comfortable using LINE. However, Pure Card only has Gold and Diamond membership levels and is an annual subscription. For more information and conditions, please ask the clinic staff.

• I made a payment but haven't received any points. What's the reason?
  This can happen if the service recipient uses a phone number registered in the Pure Member system that does not match the one registered in the clinic's patient account system. In the case of a mismatch in the phone numbers, the service recipient must manually correct the phone number. The clinic reserves the right to retroactively credit points for one bill as a special case, and the period must not exceed one month from the date the phone number information was corrected. Except in cases where the clinic's own data entry error occurred, the clinic will credit points from all past service history, but not more than one month from the date of membership application.
